New price-led competitors meant Geobear needed a clearer story—and a stronger digital experience—to stand out. We repositioned the brand around its pioneering expertise and “extra mile” support, then translated it into messaging, identity and a conversion-focused website.

About Geobear

Geobear invented geopolymer injection and delivers fast, low-disruption ground engineering for homeowners, infrastructure and commercial sites. Its method improves ground, fills voids and lifts slabs—typically around 70% faster and up to 90% more sustainably than traditional approaches.

Challenge

Subsidence is a major problem, impacting homes, businesses and critical transport networks. Although Geobear was a recognised pioneer in faster, more sustainable ground improvement, new entrants were competing on price. Geobear needed a focused narrative to protect preference and a clearer digital ecosystem built to convert.

Solution

Starting with a ground-up brand narrative workshop, it became clear that Geobear’s key selling point isn’t just the ‘the fix’, it’s the know-how that reduces the wider disruption and stress of subsidence. We built a new positioning and messaging framework around making a complex service feel simple and reassuring.

We brought it to life with a refreshed visual identity, branded assets, 3D explainers and a character mascot to make technical content accessible. The work carried through into information architecture, UX, and a design system tailored to deliver a clearer, conversion-led web experience – all brought together under a new tagline “Subsidence. Simply Solved”.

This allowed Geobear to consolidate all locales into a distinct, unified brand that customers can recognise. By developing a connected marketing ecosystem on HubSpot, it's set the team up for scalability, automation and personalisation to fuel future performance. Not only has this had a measurable impact on SEO visibility and traffic, it's translated into lead volume and quality too.
