AI bootcamp: learning, creating, and having fun in Siuntio

In November, our Finland team gathered in Siuntio for an AI bootcamp that was anything but ordinary. Why? Because at Luxid Group, we believe learning should be hands-on, creative, and — most importantly — fun.

Our strategy is simple: everyone in the company should feel confident using AI tools in ways that make their work easier, smarter, and more inspiring. To make that happen, we give every employee the chance to learn, experiment, and share best practices. This bootcamp was a perfect example of that vision in action.

Guided by an expert, powered by curiosity

We invited Antti Martikainen, Lead Business Solution Architect from Norrin, to guide us through the world of Copilot agent building. After an expert-led session, participants rolled up their sleeves for two hours of independent agent development. The result? A whopping 111 Copilot agents created by 52 enthusiastic Luxidians!

From research aids to creative generators, the ideas were as diverse as our team. Here are four standout examples — straight from the creators themselves:

Midjourney prompter: making image prompts easy

Julius Murtojärvi, Senior Digital Designer
"Our creative team often shares tips on how to craft the perfect Midjourney image prompt. I wanted to make that process simple and structured for everyone. So, I built an agent that breaks prompts into sections — subject, background, style, and details. The bot asks questions and gives numbered options, so anyone can create a high-quality prompt without stress. It’s fun, fast, and the biggest limit is your imagination!"

Creative idea generator: sparking award-worthy concepts

Zara Kukkamaa, Digital Marketing Manager
"B2B campaigns can sometimes feel a little… well, boring. I wanted a quick way to generate creative, impactful ideas for proposals and plans. My agent delivers 10 fresh ideas at a time, designed to be effective and even award-worthy. It considers customer stages, marketing psychology, and emotions. I learned that creating agents is simple — you just need clear instructions. And honestly, it’s addictive once you start!"

AI video treatment generator: scripts, storyboards, and more

Mika Kurkilahti, Senior Digital Designer
"We work on a lot of localizations and multi-region campaigns, so I wanted to explore how video production processes could adapt easily for different markets and audiences. My agent creates treatments, scripts, and storyboards tailored to format, length, and region. It even suggests editing guidelines — like faster cuts for Latin America and slower pacing for Scandinavia — plus music BPM and lighting tips.

On top of that, it recommends optimal video formats for different social media platforms, gives advice on music selection and tone of voice, and highlights what narrative elements to emphasize — technical, social, or emotional — depending on the region. It can even generate a clip list and ready-made prompts for AI-generated videos or images that will be turned into video content.

Building it was smooth with ChatGPT’s help, and I added research data and open resources to the agent’s knowledge base. I’ve tested it a few times, and it’s already useful for brainstorming. There’s still room to develop it further, but it’s exciting to see how much it can support creative work.”

Project insights summarizer: making sense of complex consulting work

Milla Ikonen, Strategic Marketing and Sales Consultant
"Working in complex consulting projects means juggling a huge amount of background work. Typically, I run a couple of workshops with stakeholders, but the real depth comes from dozens of deep-dive interviews, sometimes up to 50! The sheer volume of insights, notes, and customer materials can be overwhelming, especially as projects grow in complexity. I wanted a way to bring order to this chaos and surface of what really matters.

So, I built an agent that helps me summarize key findings in a structured format, using prompts I designed for our consulting context. Now, instead of getting lost in endless documents and interview notes, I can quickly identify the most important aspects of each project. The agent isn’t perfect yet, there’s still room for improvement, but it already makes me more effective. It helps me spot patterns, focus on what’s essential, and move faster toward actionable suggestions and next steps. It’s like having a smart assistant that turns information overload into clarity and momentum!”

More than tech: building culture and connections

The bootcamp celebrated experimentation and collaboration at its corePeople learned by doing, shared ideas, and discovered that building agents is useful — and fun! As Julius put it: “The biggest limit is your imagination.”

And then came Halloween…

After all that brainpower, it was time to celebrate. The bootcamp rolled right into a Halloween party complete with top-notch costumes and festive vibes. Because that’s what learning should be: rewarding, social, and a little spooky when the occasion calls for it.
