Luxid launches Director, a Luxid-operated platform and service that turns an organization’s marketing knowledge, governance rules, and expert decisions into secure, repeatable workflows. Following a successful proof of concept, Luxid is moving the service into enterprise deployment, customer pilots, and commercial use.

- Luxid Director converts marketing knowledge, business requirements, governance rules, and expert decisions into repeatable workflows.
- Luxid designs, configures, and operates the service around each customer’s requirements and ways of working.
- AI supports selected workflow steps, while people remain responsible for direction, judgment, approvals, and final decisions.
- Luxid Director is moving from proof of concept to enterprise deployment and customer pilots.
- The development initiative is partly funded by Business Finland.
Artificial intelligence tools are becoming widely available to organizations. As companies gain access to similar models and technology, Luxid believes competitive advantage will increasingly depend on how each organization applies its own knowledge, context, standards, and judgment.
Luxid Director is designed to make that organizational knowledge usable in day-to-day marketing operations. The service brings together workflow design, AI capabilities, governance, human review, and multidisciplinary expertise.
Many organizations already have the knowledge required to produce effective marketing. That knowledge exists across market insight, customer understanding, brand expertise, campaign learnings, governance requirements, and quality standards. But it is often spread across documents, systems, teams, and individuals.
Luxid Director brings the relevant knowledge and requirements into defined workflows. This helps organizations apply consistent practices across teams, markets, and languages while retaining human accountability.
Start with work, not the tool
Luxid Director begins with how marketing work should be completed, rather than with a particular AI tool. Luxid maps the required context, business requirements, governance rules, approval processes, and quality standards into the workflow.
AI supports the stages where it provides a clear benefit. People retain responsibility for direction, judgment, approvals, and final decisions.
“AI is becoming a commodity. Organizational intelligence is not. Every company can access increasingly capable AI models. The real advantage comes from knowing how work should be done, what context should guide it, where human judgment is required, and what standards the outcome must meet,” says Susanna Juusti, COO at Luxid.
Luxid Director is intended for enterprise environments where governance, accountability, security, quality control, and repeatability matter. It combines workflow design, AI capabilities, governance, human checkpoints, and multidisciplinary expertise in one operating model.
Luxid designs, configures, and operates the service around each customer’s requirements, processes, and ways of working.
“Most AI services begin by asking what the technology can generate. We begin with a different question: How should this work be done well, repeatedly, and on the enterprise scale? Technology supports the operating model, not the other way around,” says Liam Manderson, AI Business Partner at Luxid.
Moving from proof of concept to customer pilots
Luxid Director is part of a multiphase research and development initiative partly funded by Business Finland. The first phase examined whether marketing knowledge, AI-assisted workflows, and human review could work together in a practical operating model.
Following the proof of concept, Luxid is moving to enterprise deployment, customer pilots, and commercial use. Luxid is preparing pilot collaborations with a selected group of customers.
“Finland has a long tradition of combining deep expertise with technology. We see an opportunity to turn that expertise into scalable operating models for customers around the world. Our ambition goes beyond helping customers use AI more effectively. We want to create a new generation of Finnish knowledge-intensive services that can be delivered internationally at scale,” says Juusti.
